On 05 January 2026 at 12:15 p.m., police officers from the Sveti Nikole Police Station deprived a 43-year-old man from Sveti Nikole of his liberty, acting upon a prior report filed by his mother. According to the report, in the yard of the family home he threatened her with a sharp object and damaged part of the household property.
A criminal complaint was filed against him under an expedited procedure, and by decision of a judge from the Basic Court of Sveti Nikole, a detention measure was ordered, to be served at the Kumanovo Prison.
