Tomorrow (06.01.2026), on the occasion of the great Christian holiday Badnik, a “Badnik Manifestation” will be held in the area of the city of Skopje as part of the Badnik Processions.
The route of movement will start in front of the municipal building of the Municipality of Kisela Voda, continue along Boris Trajkovski Street, turn left onto Macedonia Boulevard, continue along St. Cyril and Methodius Street to the front of the Museum of the City of Skopje, then proceed again along Macedonia Street to Macedonia Square, where the central event will take place.
For these reasons, the Traffic Safety Unit of the Skopje Police Department will undertake measures to redirect traffic and introduce a special traffic regime on the roads where the Badnik Processions will move, as well as around religious facilities.
We appeal to all traffic participants to respect the instructions given by uniformed police officers.
