The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs citizens that a new Regulation has been adopted, which governs the mandatory four-hour theoretical training for operating a motorcycle up to 125 cm³ (Category "A1" with automatic transmission, up to 11 kW). We emphasize that one must not operate a motorcycle up to 125 cm³ without completing the theoretical training and obtaining a certificate from a driving school.
The training lasts four hours and covers key safety topics: protective gear, control and stability of the motorcycle, carrying a passenger, and handling road risks.
Upon completion of the classes, the driving school issues an official certificate (Form in A5 format) and notifies the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where a record will be kept of all issued certificates based on data received directly from the driving schools.
