In the period from 23 to 27 February 2026, a four-day leadership training is being conducted, organized by the German Federal Police (BPOL) in cooperation with the Regional Office in Hanover, within the framework of the project “EU Support for Strengthening the Fight against Migrant Smuggling and Human Trafficking in the Western Balkans” (EU4FAST).
The training is aimed at enhancing leadership and management skills and adapting them to local needs. The event brings together senior officials from the Ministry of Interior and the Public Security Bureau, including the Director of the Public Security Bureau, Aleksandar Janev.
During the training, special emphasis is placed on cooperative management, planning and decision-making processes, as well as the further development of the cooperative leadership style 2.0. In addition to professional discussions, participants have the opportunity to exchange experiences and practically apply the acquired knowledge in their everyday work.
The training represents a significant contribution to strengthening professional capacities and enhancing a culture of cooperative and proactive leadership, aimed at more efficient institutional functioning and improved security.
