Today (February 23, 2026) at 6:10 AM at the Border Crossing Blace, upon entering the country, Artan Grubi (48) was taken into custody, having been sought by an international warrant for an investigation into a criminal offense under Article 354, paragraph 5 in conjunction with paragraph 3 in conjunction with paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 22 of the Criminal Code.
