Person deprived of liberty for committing aggravated theft, remanded in custody

On 14.10.2025 at 17:30 in a shopping center in the Karposh area in Skopje, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived M.A. (30) from the village of Glumovo, Skopje region of his liberty for committing a crime of "aggravated theft" under Article 236 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Macedonia. The person was detained at the Police Station on the instructions of the Public Prosecutor and after completing the evidentiary material in coordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office Skopje, he was brought before a judge for preliminary proceedings on 15.10.2025, where he was ordered to be detained.
