On October 25, 2025, at around 11:05 a.m. in the village of Trebeništa, Municipality of Debrca, police officers from Ohrid Police Department detained I.M. (46) from the same village. While driving a “Yugo” passenger vehicle without license plates, he crashed into a “Nissan” vehicle with Ohrid license plates, parked in front of a store in the village, owned by V.M. (54) from the Ohrid village of Dolno Konjsko. After a breath test, police determined that I.M. had a blood alcohol level of 2.64‰.
Later that day, at 9:30 p.m. on “Kamenichka” Street in Makedonska Kamenica, police officers from the local station detained B.M. (36) from Makedonska Kamenica. During a traffic control, they stopped a “Volkswagen Passat” with Bulgarian national plates, driven by B.M., and found he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 2.36‰.
At 12:03 a.m. on October 26, 2025, on “28 August” Street in Makedonska Kamenica, police officers detained M.J. (33) from Makedonska Kamenica. He was driving an “Audi” with local license plates and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 1.92‰.
At 3:00 a.m. on “Cano Pop Ristov” Street in Kavadarci, police officers detained M.T. (38) from Ohrid. During a traffic control, police determined he was driving a “Kia” with Ohrid license plates under the influence of alcohol, measuring 1.55‰.
At 1:15 a.m. on the regional road Kumanovo – Sveti Nikole, police officers from Kumanovo Police Department detained D.A. (50) from Kumanovo. He was driving a “Seat” with Kumanovo license plates under the influence of alcohol, measuring 1.60‰.
After full documentation of the cases, criminal charges will be filed under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code.
