On January 3, 2026, at 2:47 AM in Kumanovo, police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department arrested G.J. (55) from Kumanovo. During a traffic control on Boulevard "Third Macedonian Assault Brigade" in Kumanovo, a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen Arteon" with Kumanovo license plates was stopped, and after measures were taken, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.50 per mille.On January 3, 2026, at 1:30 AM in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Department arrested A.O. (28) from the village of Rožden, Kavadarci region.

During a traffic control on Street "Ljubaška" in Kavadarci, a passenger vehicle "Seat" with Kavadarci license plates was stopped, and after measures were taken, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.71 per mille. On January 3, 2026, at 3:20 AM in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Department arrested S.P. (39) from Kavadarci.During a traffic control on Street "Mile Vchkov" in Kavadarci, a passenger vehicle "Fiat" with Kavadarci license plates was stopped, and after measures were taken, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.70 per mille.

On January 3, 2026, at 1:13 AM in Ohrid, police officers from the Ohrid Police Department arrested A.M. (38) from the village of Česhani, municipality of Debrca. During a traffic control on Boulevard "Tourist" in Ohrid, a passenger vehicle "Peugeot" with Ohrid license plates was stopped, and after measures were taken, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 2.21 per mille.After fully documenting the cases, charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless operation of a motor vehicle."
