After taking the necessary measures, it was determined that he had been driving a “Peugeot” passenger vehicle with Strumica license plates under the influence of alcohol, with a measured blood alcohol level of 2.69 ‰.
After documenting the cases, criminal charges will be filed under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
