On 22.06.2026 at around 22:50 on “Jadranska Magistrala” Street in Skopje, police officers from the Mobile Unit for Compensatory Measures at the OGRM, in cooperation with police officers from the Mirkovci Police Department, carried out a control of a passenger motor vehicle “Ford” with Skopje license plates, driven by M.I. (19) from Skopje.
During the inspection, it was determined that a large quantity of various goods without proper documentation was being transported in the vehicle, namely around 90 shipments of different products, packed in black bags. It was also established that the driver did not possess a valid category B driving license.
The owner of the vehicle, E.Š. (20) from Skopje, was also present at the scene, after which both individuals were deprived of liberty and detained at the police station for further proceedings.
For driving without a valid license, a criminal complaint will be filed against M.I. under Article 297-a paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
