The Skopje Police Department yesterday (October 27, 2026) detained four individuals: A.S. (22), H.E. (20), K.A. (58), all from Skopje, and M.R. (26) from Strumica, who are suspected of two criminal acts of "robbery" resulting in death under Article 237, paragraph 5 of the Criminal Code, committed in the Skopje neighborhood of Hrom on October 22, 2026, and in Gjorce Petrov on October 27, 2026.In coordination and following orders issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Skopje, and with the aim of completing the entire body of evidence for further proceedings, a request for short-term detention has been made for the individuals in accordance with Article 170 in conjunction with Article 165 of the Criminal Procedure Law, after which an appropriate criminal charge will be filed.
