On July 17, 2026, at 4:10 PM in Gevgelija, police officers from the SVR Strumica-OVR Gevgelija detained M.P. (45) from Bogdanci, on suspicion that on the same day around 10:00 AM, she had taken a mobile phone from a room in the Public Health Institution "General Hospital" Gevgelija, belonging to a hospital employee. During a formal conversation, she confessed to the crime, and the mobile phone was seized from her, which will be returned to its owner.
A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Gevgelija has been informed, and after documenting the case, a criminal charge will be filed against M.P.
