On 05 January 2026 at 5:45 p.m., police officers from the Negotino Police Station deprived L.D. (55) from the village of Pepelishte, Negotino region, of his liberty.
During a traffic control on Hristo Botev Street in Negotino, a passenger vehicle “Yugo” with Negotino license plates, driven by L.D., was stopped. After the necessary measures were taken, it was determined that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, with 2.05 per mille of alcohol measured in his blood.
He was detained at a police station, the public prosecutor was notified, and after the full documentation of the case, a criminal report will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
