The Police Department of Strumica has submitted a criminal report to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Strumica against B.P. (68) from Strumica, due to reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors" under Article 215 of the Criminal Code.
On April 2, 2026, in Strumica, police officers from the Strumica Police Department discovered packages containing approximately 50 grams of cocaine during a search of B.P. and the passenger vehicle he was driving, which bore Strumica license plates. The individual was held at the Strumica police station, following a proposal from a public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Strumica. B.P. was brought before a judge from the Basic Court in Strumica, who ordered a detention measure lasting 30 days.
