(35) from Skopje, acting on a prior report from February 4, 2026, which stated that A.V., during the period from December 18, 2025, to February 4, 2026, at a retail location in the Bit Pazar area, where he was employed as a manager, repeatedly embezzled money from the cash register, causing the legal entity a loss of 2,783,867 denars. After the case has been fully documented, appropriate charges will follow under Article 239 "concealment" and Article 235 "theft" of the Criminal Code.
