On February 7-8, 2026, in Skopje, between 7:00 PM and 3:00 AM, police officers from the Center and Bit Pazar conducted an operation to sanction the presence of minors in hospitality establishments after midnight and for serving alcohol to minors. During this operation, minors were found consuming alcohol in a hospitality establishment in the Center area. A 20-year-old employee of the establishment was detained on reasonable suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Article 204 of the Criminal Code - "serving alcoholic beverages to minors." The State Market Inspectorate has been notified, and appropriate charges will follow upon complete documentation of the case.
