On November 13, 2025, at 3:10 AM on "Blagoj Krstić" Street in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Station arrested P.M. (35) from Kavadarci. During a traffic control, the police officers determined that he was operating a passenger vehicle, a Volkswagen Passat, with Kavadarci license plates while under the influence of alcohol, having measured 1.98 grams of alcohol per liter of blood.
He has been detained at the police station, a public prosecutor has been notified, and after the incident is fully documented, a report will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless driving of a motor vehicle."
