On October 11, 2025, at 12:10 PM in Skenderbeg Square in Debar, police officers from the Debar Police Station detained a 16-year-old from a village in the Center Zupa municipality. He is suspected of having previously committed a "theft" at a retail establishment in Debar, during which he took money. In the presence of his mother, an official conversation was held with the minor, and the money was found and returned to the owner of the establishment.
After fully documenting the incident, the Debar Police Station will file an appropriate report against the minor.
