The Tetovo Police Department submitted a criminal complaint against M.Z. (46) from Tetovo and against a legal entity—a transportation company from Tetovo—due to reasonable grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "fraud" and "giving false testimony." During September and October 2024, the accused, although aware that the contract for the transportation of regular students, concluded between the accused and a high school, had expired, issued invoices totaling 15,034,110 denars for the two months without any legal basis and submitted them to the relevant school authorities with the intent to collect payment. The accused failed to mislead the authorities at the school, after which they provided false testimony to a notary and submitted the invoices requesting the preparation of a proposed resolution for a notary payment order, which was issued by the notary.
The Tetovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against Ķ.F. (59) from the village of Šemšovo and a legal entity from the village of Šemšovo due to reasonable grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "fraud" and "giving false testimony."
During September and October 2024, the accused, although knowing that the contract for the transportation of regular students concluded between the accused and a high school in Tetovo had expired, on June 10, 2025, without any legal basis, issued invoices for the 9th and 10th months of 2024 totaling 2,152,447 denars, and then submitted them to the relevant authorities of the mentioned school, intending to mislead them and collect payment for the submitted invoices. The accused provided false testimony to the notary, requesting the preparation of a proposed resolution for a notary payment order.
