We inform citizens that starting tomorrow (December 17, 2025), at a special counter in the Department of Civil Affairs, located in the MTV building (ground floor) in Skopje, they will be able to submit requests for changes to the contact information provided during vehicle registration, in case of any changes or if they have received notifications with incorrect data. This can also be done at the vehicle technical inspection stations across the country where a detached officer from the Ministry of Internal Affairs is assigned.
Additionally, citizens can send written remarks via email to bezbedengrad@moi.gov.mk if they have any uncertainties, questions, or issues related to the functioning and application of the "Safe City" system, and all submitted remarks will be recorded and reviewed according to established procedures, aimed at improving operations and enhancing communication with citizens.
