The Strumica Police Department submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Strumica against I.Ġ. (26) from the village of Novo Konsko, Gevgelija, P.Č. (33) from Gevgelija, and V.S. (51) from Strumica on the grounds of suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors."
The accused I.Ġ. organized the procurement of cocaine and, after a prior agreement with the accused P.Č., hired him with his vehicle to transport it to the third accused, V.S. After the cocaine was delivered to V.S., he concealed it, specifically burying it in the ground at a location called "Topo" in the area of the village of Bosilovo, Strumica.
Following the receipt of information and the execution of official actions, police officers from the Strumica Police Department located the site where the drugs were buried and, with the assistance of heavy machinery, excavated, retrieved, and seized it from V.S.
