The OVR Kavadarci has filed a criminal complaint with the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Kavadarci against S.N. (29) from Rosoman, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of “abuse of official position and authority,” punishable under Article 353 of the Criminal Code.
During the period from August 2024 to September 2025, S.N., in his capacity as Mayor of the Municipality of Rosoman, on two occasions exceeded the limits of his official authority. As a result, funds in the total amount of approximately 500,000 denars were unlawfully obtained from the Municipality of Rosoman’s budget. These funds were forcibly collected by an enforcement officer to settle a personal debt of S.N.
