Dress Code for Employees and Visitors in the Offices of the Department of Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Dress Code for Employees and Visitors in the Offices of the Department of Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs the public that in order to maintain professional standards, the dignity of the institution, and mutual respect, a Dress Code is being introduced for all employees and visitors to the Civil Affairs Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As an institution that serves citizens continuously, we believe that appropriate attire contributes to a better working atmosphere and respect for state institutions. In this regard, we kindly ask all citizens, before coming to our offices (for picking up personal documents, passports, or other administrative services), to ensure that their appearance aligns with generally accepted norms for public institutions.

Unacceptable clothing upon entering the official premises of the Civil Affairs Department includes:
excessively short clothing (very short and very tight skirts, as well as skirts that are not suitable for an institution and shorts designed for the beach or sporting events);
clothing that excessively reveals the stomach, chest, or undergarments;
clothing typically worn at home, on the beach, or in nightclubs;
sweatpants and clothing intended solely for sports activities;
clothing with offensive content (texts, images, or emblems that may be offensive to the surrounding environment);
inappropriate footwear (slippers, flip-flops, clogs, and other casual footwear).

At the same time, we note that all employees in the Department are also required to strictly adhere to the established dress code intended for employees of the Ministry.
