Police officers from the Regional Police Department of Štip have solved the criminal act of "robbery" under Article 237 of the Criminal Code.
On January 27, 2026, S.D. (81) from Štip reported that an unknown male individual forcibly entered the room where she was staying and physically assaulted her, inflicting serious bodily injuries. During the incident, he stole a mobile phone and a ring, unlawfully acquiring property worth approximately 18,000 denars.
Following investigative measures, the perpetrator was identified as J.D. (36) from Kavadarci, who was apprehended in Prilep on February 14, 2026, and handed over to the Regional Police Department of Štip.
On February 15, 2026, a criminal complaint was filed with the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office of Štip, and a preliminary proceedings judge ordered a detention measure lasting 30 days.
