On 07 April 2026 at 13:40 and 19:10, police officers from the Skopje SVR deprived of liberty A.M. (48) and his sons J.M. (26) and B.M. (27), all from Skopje. They are suspected that at around 12:40 near the Butel cemetery, they attacked E.D. (51) and M.D. (54), employees of AD “Butel”, using weapons—a gas pistol and cold weapons (a knuckle-duster and a knife).
As a result of the attack, E.D. and M.D. sustained bodily injuries, confirmed at the PHI “St. Naum Ohridski”. According to the report, the employees noticed the suspects near a grave site and, as they were previously known to them as perpetrators of the criminal offense of “aggravated theft,” warned them that they would call the police, after which they were attacked.
The three individuals have been detained at a police station, and after the case is fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
