On 06.05.2026 at 13:30 in Gostivar, police officers from the External Office for Criminal Affairs Gostivar deprived E.I. (37) from Gostivar of liberty. During a search of his home and auxiliary premises, carried out with a court order, several packages containing marijuana, a digital scale, and 68,500 denars were found and seized.
Later, at 21:40, police officers also deprived J.M. (38) from the village of Zdunje, Gostivar area, of liberty on suspicion of committing the criminal offence of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” under Article 215 of the Criminal Code.
Both persons were detained at a police station and, after the case is fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
