On May 20, 2026, at 1:40 PM in Štip, police officers from the Štip Police Department detained K.D. (33) from Štip, acting on a prior report that around 3:00 AM, following an argument in the family home, he physically assaulted his 32-year-old wife.
On May 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Skopje Police Department, a 38-year-old man from Skopje reported that on May 18, 2026, around 5:00 PM in the family home in the area of Dračevo, he was threatened by his 33-year-old wife.
On May 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Social Work Center in Tetovo, police officers from the Tetovo Police Department detained J.D. (73) from Tetovo, acting on a prior report from his 66-year-old wife that he had threatened her with a sharp object in their family home.
On May 20, 2026, at 10:15 PM at the Gostivar Police Station, a 36-year-old woman from the Gostivar area reported that around 7:00 PM in the family home, following a previous argument, her mother-in-law attempted to attack her with a hard object. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
Measures are being taken to clarify the cases, and upon their complete documentation, appropriate reports will be filed against the perpetrators.
