This is a classic case of disinformation. The Police Station Center, or rather the Ministry of Internal Affairs, consistently fulfills its obligations and cannot be the reason for the residents' heating being turned off.
The cause of the lack of heating in that block is a malfunction, which has been confirmed by the supplier of thermal energy. We urge internet portals not to spread disinformation.
