On 21 June 2026, at 1:35 a.m., police officers from the Gostivar Police Department arrested M.S. (51) from Gostivar following a report that he had physically assaulted his wife.
On 20 June 2026, at 1:40 a.m. in Skopje, police officers arrested S.M. (33) from Skopje after his 31-year-old wife reported that he had behaved aggressively and attempted to attack her with a sharp object.
On 20 June 2026, at 5:30 p.m., police officers from the Skopje Police Department arrested a 33-year-old woman from the Skopje area following a report by her 36-year-old husband, from whom she is currently undergoing divorce proceedings, alleging that she had behaved aggressively toward him and threatened him in the family home. Later, at 11:30 p.m., the woman reported that after a brief argument at the family home, she had been physically assaulted by her 36-year-old husband, who also used a blunt object during the attack.
On 21 June 2026, at 3:00 a.m., a 30-year-old woman from Skopje reported that on 20 June 2026, at around 8:00 p.m., following a prior argument at the family home in Skopje, she and her former husband were physically assaulted by her 36-year-old partner.
Measures are being taken to fully clarify the circumstances of the cases, and appropriate charges will be filed against the perpetrators upon completion of the investigations.
