On October 28, 2026, following a prior report that a passenger vehicle, a "Škoda" with Tetovo license plates, was traveling in the wrong direction on the Gostivar - Tetovo road, measures were taken, and at the Tetovo toll station, police officers stopped the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was determined that the driver, B.O. (33) from the village of Dobroshte, was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 2.06 per mille, after which he was arrested. The police officers also detained his passengers, A.J. (27) from the village of Nerashte and N.A.
