Today (October 11, 2026), between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the Traffic Safety Department of the Skopje Police conducted an action control in the City of Skopje to sanction drivers operating vehicles at speeds exceeding the legal limit, resulting in 102 measures issued by police officers. During the traffic control, three additional measures were imposed under the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and one driver without a license was sanctioned, against whom a criminal complaint will be filed under Article 297-A of the Criminal Code.
All violators of traffic rules and regulations will face legally prescribed fines.
