SVR Tetovo filed criminal charges against B.I. (34), B.I. (30), V.I. (29), J.B. (37), D.B. (30) and J.D. On 05.11.2025 in the village of Želino, Tetovo region, after a previous argument between J.D. and B.I., J.D. tried to attack B.I. with a metal object, but they were separated. The Delchevo Foreign Criminal Affairs Office filed criminal charges against a 48-year-old man from Delchevo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crimes of "endangering security", "bodily injury" and "violence against a child". On 09.01.2026 in the family home, the defendant threatened his wife, after which he physically attacked her in the presence of their minor daughter and caused fear and anxiety in the child.
On 22.01.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived Z.D. (45) and T.A. (28), both from Skopje, of their liberty, because marijuana was found and confiscated from them. After the cases were fully documented, appropriate reports will follow.
On 22.01.2026 at 16:20 on street "168" in Tetovo, police officers from the SVR Tetovo detained E.V. (48) from Tetovo based on an order from the Basic Court Tetovo to serve a six-month prison sentence, for the crime of "serious bodily harm". The person was taken to the Tetovo Penitentiary - Correctional Institution to serve the sentence.
On 22.01.2026 at around 09:00 in the vicinity of the village of Grad, Delchevo region, near a place called "Trendafilovo", police officers from the Regional Center for Border Affairs East noticed two people, one of whom was carrying a hunting rifle. The person carrying the rifle fled, but soon, after measures were taken, he was found and deprived of his liberty. It was established that this is T.S. (48) from the village of Grad. A hunting rifle "orozarka" was found and seized near him, which was determined to have been owned by his deceased grandfather. The public prosecutor was notified, and the person was detained at a police station and after fully documenting the case, charges will be filed against him under Articles 396 and 228 of the Criminal Code.
The Ohrid State Police filed criminal charges against E.A. (67) from Ohrid due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "illegal construction". On 22.01.2026 at 10:50 a.m., the Kavadarci Regional Police Station reported that A.M. (34) from the village of Vatasha, Kavadarci, was brought to the Kavadarci General Hospital with serious bodily injuries. According to the report, he sustained the injury while performing work tasks at a factory in Kavadarci. The public prosecutor and labor inspector were notified of the event, and an inspection team from the Kavadarci Regional Police Station conducted an inspection.
On 22.01.2026 at 5:30 p.m., the SVR Skopje, G.G. (48) from Skopje reported that at around 4:00 p.m., three people, one of whom used a sharp object and threatened his minor son, who was with two friends, took money. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 23.01.2026 at 00:05 in the SVR Skopje, B.I. (18) from Skopje reported that in front of the entrance to his home in the Cair area in Skopje, several people physically attacked him. According to the report, he suspects that the attack was carried out due to a broken relationship with his fiancée and that he had received threatening messages from her father several times. On 22.01.2026 at 08:37 in the SVR Skopje, it was reported that P.B. (45) from Skopje was found dead in the home in the Gjorce Petrov area in Skopje. A doctor determined death without visible traces of violence, and by order of the public prosecutor, the body of the deceased was submitted for autopsy. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team of the SVR Skopje.
On 22.01.2026 at around 03:10 in a parking lot of a gas station on the Kumanovo - Skopje highway, police officers from the Mobile Unit for Compensatory Measures at the Department for Border Affairs and Migration in the BPS deprived B.K. (40) from Turkey and A.D. (56) from the village of Slupčane, Lipkovo municipality of their liberty. Namely, after the measures taken, B.K. was found taking a package from the bus, in which he was traveling from Turkey to Kosovo, which he handed over to A.D., who was in a passenger vehicle "Citroen C5" with Kumanovo license plates. After A.D. took the package and put it in his vehicle, he was stopped by police officers who conducted a control in the vehicle and iodine was found in the package, without appropriate documentation (a substance for which its import, storage and sale are subject to special licenses issued by the Ministry of Health). Both individuals are detained at the police station and after the case is fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
On 22.01.2026 at 12:00 PM at the SVR Skopje, a 53-year-old man from Skopje reported that on 21.01.2026 at around 10:30 PM in the family home in the Karposh area, he was physically attacked by his son E.I. (25), who also used a hard object and damaged some of the furniture. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 22.01.2026 at 16:40, it was reported to the SVR Skopje that in the Usje settlement, following a previous traffic misunderstanding, public order and peace were disturbed with a physical fight between N.M. (23) and M.M. (47), both from Skopje. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
On 22.01.2026 at 15:00, in the SVR Skopje, A.P. (39) from Skopje reported that at around 10:15 in the Cair area, following a previous traffic misunderstanding, he was physically attacked by a person. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 22.01.2026 at 10:00 in the SVR Skopje, M.S. from Turkey reported that he was defrauded by a person for the amount of 6,650 euros. According to the report, in October 2025, he contacted the person via a social network, who allegedly mediated for obtaining work and residence documents in the country, after which he paid him money on several occasions in person and through a transaction account, and also paid for an apartment lease agreement, which was notarized. After the person did not contact him for a long period of time, he realized that he had been deceived. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 22.01.2026 at 12:00 at the SVR Skopje – Police Station Karposh, Sh.Ch. (39) from Skopje reported that on 21.01.2026 at around 12:00 in the schoolyard of a primary school in the Vlae area of Skopje, after a previous misunderstanding on a social network, his 14-year-old son was physically attacked by another minor, resulting in injuries. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 22.01.2026 at 22:00 in the village of Zlokukjani, Skopje region, police officers from the SVR Skopje detained M.N. (22) from the village of Staykovci, Skopje region and I.K. (44) from the village of Trubarevo, Skopje region, acting on a previous report that at around 21:00 they had physically attacked J.I. (29) from Skopje.
