On 30.12.2025 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty I.K. (25), A.B. (23), K.K. (37) and L.G. (27), all from Skopje, because white lumpy substance, white powdery substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. After the cases are fully documented, appropriate submissions will follow.
The SVR Tetovo filed criminal charges against N.I. (73) from the village of Kamenjane, Bogovinje municipality, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "falsification or destruction of business books" and "abuse of official position and authority". In the period from 2000 to 02.01.2021, while he was the director of an agricultural cooperative in the village of Kamenjane, without a legal basis and a decision by the members, the illegal deletion of founders - shareholders was carried out, whereby the number of members from 38 was illegally reduced to five people by destroying and concealing documents, contrary to what was stated in the current state of the Central Register. Also, on 03.01.2010, in his capacity as director, the defendant concluded a lease agreement for business premises with an area of 1500 square meters in the village of Kamenjane, which was allocated for permanent use by the agricultural cooperative, with the other shareholder for a lease period of 10 years, without the consent of the relevant ministry, a decision of the Board of Directors and the consent of the other cooperative members, and since 2021, by oral agreement, he has been using it without paying rent, i.e. he has only been paying the accounting fees of the agricultural cooperative where he is still the owner.
On 30.12.2025 at 17:45 at the Dolno Blace Border Crossing, police officers deprived F.I. (69) from the village of Raduša, Saraj Municipality, of his liberty, because during border control and checks it was found that he was recording with the measure "arrest" following a previous order from the Basic Criminal Court Skopje. He has been handed over to police officers for further proceedings.
The Tetovo State Police filed criminal charges against a legal entity from the village of Kadino, Ilinden Municipality, and V.A. (53) from the village of Mirkovci, Skopje Region, the manager of the legal entity, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense "violation of the right to a registered or protected invention and topography of integrated circuits". On 29.01.2025, during an action control carried out in a branch of the registered legal entity in Tetovo, it was found that the license owned by the legal entity appears in 16 clubs on the territory of the country, although it can legally be installed only on one device, i.e. it cannot be transferred to another device.
On 30.12.2025 at 10:35 a.m., the Tetovo Regional Police Station reported that on the regional road from the village of Želino to Tetovo, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle "BMW" with Italian national plates, driven by LJ.P. (44) from the village of Golema Leshnica, Tetovo, and a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen Golf" with Tetovo license plates, driven by H.LJ. (40) from the village of Dobarce, Tetovo, after which it crashed into a parked passenger vehicle "Jaguar" with Tetovo license plates, parked by A.Z. (31) from the village of Trebosh, Tetovo. In the accident, the driver of the BMW LJP suffered serious injuries, while his passenger J.E. (20), as well as the driver of the Golf and his passengers G.J. (41), L.S. (43) and two children aged five and six, were found to be injured in the Tetovo Clinical Hospital. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team of the Tetovo State Police.
The Stip State Police filed criminal charges against V.J. (47) from Stip, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 26.12.2025, police officers searched his home, during which marijuana and MDMA tablets were found and seized.
On 30.12.2025 at around 15:15, the Gostivar Internal Affairs Department reported that in the village of Dolna Banjica, Gostivar region, M.K. (69) from the village of Dolna Banjica, driving an "imt" tractor with a trailer, lost control and overturned with the tractor. From the injuries sustained, M.K. died at the scene, and a doctor from the Gostivar Emergency Medical Service declared him dead. By order of the public prosecutor, the body of the deceased was submitted for autopsy, and an inspection was carried out by an inspection team from the Gostivar Internal Affairs Department.
On 31.12.2025 at 04:00 in Kumanovo, police officers from the Kumanovo Internal Affairs Department deprived N.S. (25) from Kumanovo of his liberty. He was caught immediately after, together with another person, in a parking lot in front of a building on Leskovačka Street, they damaged the tires of a Volkswagen Passat passenger vehicle, owned by K.M. (46) from Kumanovo, with a sharp object. According to the report, they damaged the tires of the same vehicle several times. After the cases are fully investigated and documented, an appropriate report will be filed.
The Kocani Regional Police Department filed a criminal complaint against V.P. (56) from Kocani, owner and manager of a legal entity from Kocani, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "appropriation of goods under temporary protection or cultural heritage or natural rarities". The defendant, in the premises of the legal entity, kept three marble slabs which, after identification by a Commission formed at the National Institution Archaeological Museum of the Republic of North Macedonia, were determined to be archaeological finds and that they were original artifacts originating from the Ottoman period, which are cultural heritage, and at the same time he conducted unauthorized research in order to hold presentations about Macedonianism and to realize property and other benefits from it.
On 30.12.2025 at the City Square in Tetovo, police officers from the Tetovo Police Department detained B.A. (50) and A.A. (48), both from Tetovo, and H.M. (55) from the village of Chelopek, Brvenica Municipality, because confiscated pyrotechnic devices were found in their possession. After documenting the case, appropriate filings will follow against them.
The Kocani Internal Affairs Department filed criminal charges against S.A. (33) and L.A. (39), both from Kocani, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "endangering the environment and nature with waste". The accused have been storing, leaving and scattering waste materials on "Pop Arsov Blaze" Street in Kocani for a long period of time, up until 04.12.2025, contrary to environmental and nature regulations, on ul. "Pop Arsov Blaze" in Kocani, thus causing a deterioration in the living conditions of the people living on the said street.
On 30.12.2025 at 09:50 on ul. "Prohor Pchinski" in Bitola, police officers from the Bitola Internal Affairs Department deprived B.Dzh. (42) from Bitola of his liberty. During a search of his home, pyrotechnic devices were found and seized. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate charge will follow.
The Stip Police Department filed a criminal complaint against A.J. (29) from the village of Tarinci, Karbinci municipality, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "violence". On 26.11.2025, in the premises of the Emergency Medical Service in Stip, the accused behaved aggressively and broke the glass on the counter.
On 30.12.2025 at 16:00 at the SVR Skopje, an 85-year-old man from Skopje reported that he had been defrauded by two people for a sum of money of 5,000 euros. According to the report, they intercepted him at around 11:00 in the Centar area, with one of them introducing himself as being from Croatia who worked in Kuwait and asking him if he could show them euros to compare them with the euros they had. As reported, he took the money from his home and gave it to them, and the two people left him three bracelets, supposedly diamond, as a guarantee to keep for them until they returned the money. Also, according to the report, after they did not return, he realized that he had been defrauded. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The Kocani Regional Police Department filed a criminal complaint against O.S.A. (42) from Shtip due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "theft" and two criminal offenses of "damaging and unauthorized entry into a computer system" and against D.T. (39) from Kocani for the continued criminal offense of "aiding" in connection with the criminal offense of "damaging and unauthorized entry into a computer system". The first defendant, on 04.10.2024, unauthorizedly entered the premises of the Dialysis Center in Kocani and took a wallet with money, two bank payment and personal documents from a locked cupboard from two employees. On the same day, the second defendant helped the first defendant, using the payment cards seized from the individuals and withdrew funds in a total amount of 40,300 denars.
On 30.12.2025 at 08:50 in the SVR Skopje it was reported that in the village of Gluvo, Skopje region, after a previous argument, public order and peace were disturbed with a physical fight between 52-year-old M.M.B. and M.B. (28), both from the village of Gluvo, on the one hand, and 66-year-old S.Č. and B.Č. (44), both from the village of Mirkovci, Skopje region, on the other hand, during which a hard object was used. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
The Tetovo State Police filed a criminal complaint against G.U. (54) from Dolno Palčište, Bogovinje Municipality, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crimes of “usurpation of real estate” and “illegal construction” on a cadastral plot in the village of Dolno Palčište. The accused built a ground-floor building on state-owned land and owned by a person from Tetovo without a use permit and without appropriate construction documentation.
On 30.12.2025 at 22:45, the SVR Skopje received a report that at the entrance to the village of Ajvatovci, Ilinden Municipality, an injured I.S. (43) from a village near Krivopalanka, residing in a village near Skopje, was lying on the road.
