(45), all from Skopje, because white lumpy substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. After the cases are fully documented, appropriate submissions will follow.
The SVR Veles filed criminal charges against G.S. (47) from Veles, and M.A., head of the financial department in the municipality of Chaška, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "abuse of official position and authority". The first respondent, G.S., former mayor of the municipality of Chashka, during 2021 and 2022, on several occasions consciously and intentionally engaged the second respondent to perform work tasks longer than her working hours, even though she worked part-time and according to the Law on Labor Relations, overtime work is prohibited for a person working part-time. The second respondent, M.A., head of the finance department in the municipality of Chashka, despite the notification from the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Macedonia and the Decision on short-time work of four hours due to health reasons, accepted to be engaged, for which she was paid money in the amount of 50,109 denars to the detriment of the budget of the municipality of Chashka.
On 29.12.2025 at 14:20, the Kavadarci Regional Police Department reported that on "Mito Hadzi Vasilev" street in Kavadarci, a "Yugo" passenger vehicle with Kavadarci license plates driven by C.P. (58) from Kavadarci hit the pedestrian D.K. (93) from Kavadarci. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Kavadarci General Hospital. An inspection team from the Kavadarci Regional Police Department conducted an inspection.
On 29.12.2025, the Bitola Regional Police Department reported that on 26.12.2025, a pyrotechnician from the Protection and Rescue Directorate safely lifted an artillery shell of caliber 75 mm, which was previously found during excavation on the road between the villages of Dolno Srpci and the village of Vasharejca, Mogila municipality. An inspection was conducted.
The Stip State Police filed a criminal complaint against N.J. (57) from the village of Tarinci, Karbinci municipality, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "negligent work in the service". On 29.05.2024 and 31.05.2024, the accused, in his capacity as director of the State Student Dormitory "Braka Miladinovci" in Stip, acted contrary to Article 40 of the Public Procurement Law and paid invoices with a total amount of 84,320 denars for accommodation (overnight stay) for himself and the students from the State Student Dormitory in two hotels in Ohrid, without conducting a public procurement procedure.
On 29.12.2025 at 20:50 in the SVR Skopje, K.S. (44) from Skopje reported that at around 17:50 in the Centar area in Skopje, two people, threatening with a sharp object, took away his minor son's bicycle. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The External Office for Criminal Affairs Gostivar filed a criminal complaint against M.Z. (71) from the village of Čegrane, Gostivar region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "usurpation of real estate". During April 2025, the defendant in the area of the village of Čegrane seized state-owned real estate, enclosing two plots with a concrete wall.

(38) from the village of Konce, with a court order. During the search, 105 pieces of pyrotechnic devices were found. On the same day in the village of Injevo, Radoviš, based on a court order, police officers from the Strumica Police Station-Radoviš Police Station searched the home of I.K. (30) from the village of Injevo, where 198 pieces of pyrotechnics were found. After documenting the cases, appropriate charges will be filed against both of them.

On 29.12.2025 at 11:00 am on ul. "9 Maj" in Kocani, police officers from the Kocani Internal Affairs Department arrested T.V. (50) from Kocani on suspicion of committing the crime of "seizing a motor vehicle", that is, of seizing a passenger vehicle "Yugo" owned by K.G. from the village of Orizari, Kocani. The vehicle was found and returned to the owner, and after fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
The Tetovo Internal Affairs Department filed a criminal report against F.Sh. (65) from Tetovo and I.A. (45) from the village of Brodec due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "illegal construction". The accused during 2025 in the area of the village of Gajre, Tetovo region, built six concrete pillars in the area of the National Park "Shar Planina" without previously obtaining an appropriate construction permit from the municipality of Tetovo.
On 29.12.2025 at 10:20 a.m. in the area of the village of Botun, Debrca municipality, police officers from the Ohrid State Police Department deprived A.I. (36) and A.I. (30), both from the village of Delogožda in Struga, of their liberty. They were found illegally cutting down beech wood with a chainsaw and loading it into a passenger vehicle "Nissan" without license plates. The vehicle and the wood were seized and handed over to the PE "National Forests", and after fully documenting the event, an appropriate report will be filed against them.
On 29.12.2025 at 18:00 in Radovish, police officers from the Strumica SVR-OVR Radovish deprived of liberty S.Sh. (37) from the village of Bansko, Strumica, who was wanted by order from the Veles Basic Court to serve a 30-day detention measure for the crime of "robbery". The person was taken to the Skopje Prison to serve the measure.
The Ohrid SVR filed a criminal case against J.A. (52) from Skopje due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of the crime of "concealing goods that are subject to smuggling and customs fraud" under Article 278 of the Criminal Code. On 15.12.2025, near the village of Podmoljje, municipality of Debrca, police officers from the Mobile Unit for Compensatory Measures at the Department of Border Affairs and Migration at the Ministry of Interior stopped a "Ford Transit" truck with Skopje license plates, with which J.A. was illegally transporting a large quantity of carpets and rugs, after which he was deprived of his liberty. The found goods were handed over to the State Market Inspectorate in Ohrid for further proceedings.
On 29.12.2025 at 15:10, the Gostivar Police Department received a report from the Gostivar Emergency Center that a minor had been brought to them with an arm injury. Police officers went to the scene and determined that it was an eight-year-old boy from the village of Vrapčishte, Gostivar, who sustained the injuries after a firecracker exploded in his hand. After the assistance provided, due to the severity of the injuries, he was transferred to the "Mother Teresa" Clinic Complex in Skopje. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 29.12.2025 at 17:00 in the OVR Makedonski Brod, a 45-year-old man from Makedonski Brod, reported that he had been defrauded by B.R. from the village of Saraj, Skopje region, for the sum of 43,000 euros. According to the report, in October 2025 they agreed that B.R. would carry out construction work for him in the family house in Makedonski Brod and in the family house in a village in the municipality of Makedonski Brod, after which he paid him the sum on several occasions. As reported, after making the last payment, the person stopped calling him on the phone, avoiding contact, did not finish the work and did not return the money, after which he realized that he had been defrauded and reported the incident. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

(64) from the village of Rasce, Skopje region, reported that in the village of Rasce, while they were being transported in a vehicle driven by his son who was with his family, a stray bullet from a firearm fell on the roof of the vehicle and damaged it.
