The SVR Skopje filed criminal charges against M.S. (40) from Delčevo, owner and manager of a legal entity from Skopje, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crimes of "tax evasion" and "damage or favoritism of creditors" and against the legal entity due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crime of "tax evasion". The first accused M.S. acted contrary to the Law on Value Added Tax by calculating and understating, through the legal entity, a lower tax debt in the tax returns for the controlled tax period, which resulted from unrecorded turnover from the sale of fixed assets and from the sale of inventories of materials. The complainant, in her capacity as director of the National Institution "Institute and Museum" Bitola, contrary to the provisions of the Law on Public Sector Employees and the Law on Labor Relations, acted negligently in the performance of her powers and duties by making a change to the Act on Systematization of Jobs, thereby abolishing her job position as senior curator and opening a new job position as curator advisor for herself, which is one level higher than the previous one.

(33) from the Struga village of Oktisi was brought from the Ohrid Prison to the General Hospital in Ohrid, in a serious condition, by an ambulance vehicle, and, despite the measures taken by the medical personnel, he died.
