On 21.11.2025 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from the Skopje Police Department detained Dzh.S. (43), T.S. (35) and a 17-year-old minor, all from Skopje, after white powdery substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate reports will follow.
On 22.11.2025 at 00:10, police officers from Kavadarci Police Station detained A.V. (57) from the Republic of Serbia. During an operational inspection in hospitality establishments in the Kavadarci area, carried out by police officers from Kavadarci Police Station, the Criminal Investigation Unit of Veles, a foreigner inspector from the Regional Center for Border Affairs South, together with the State Market Inspectorate, the State Labor Inspectorate and the Public Revenue Office, it was determined that in one hospitality establishment in Kavadarci, A.V. had been performing without the necessary permit. A misdemeanor report was filed against A.V. under Article 217 paragraph 1 item 2 of the Law on Foreigners, and the Basic Court Kavadarci imposed a monetary fine.
During the inspection in the same establishment, violations were identified by the Public Revenue Office for failure to issue fiscal receipts, a violation according to the Law on Smoking, and the Market Inspectorate determined that the venue had more guests than the permitted number, for which appropriate reports will follow.
The Ministry of the Interior, in cooperation with other competent institutions, will continue with enhanced operational inspections throughout the country in the coming period, in order to sanction any violation of the laws.
On 21.11.2025 at 11:20 in Struga Police Station, it was reported that on the regional road Struga–Debar, near Struga, a traffic accident occurred between a “Volkswagen Golf” with Struga license plates, driven by K.Ќ. (70) from the village of Velešta, and a “Mercedes” bus with Struga license plates, driven by N.F. (42) from the village of Labuništa. In the accident, the bus passenger F.A. (58) from Labuništa sustained severe bodily injuries, confirmed at the Medical Center Struga. As ordered by the public prosecutor, an on-site inspection was conducted by a team from Struga Police Station.
On 21.11.2025 at 19:45 in Gostivar Police Station, it was reported that on “Kej Bratstvo–Edinstvo” Street in Gostivar, a “Volkswagen Sharan” with Gostivar plates, driven by Dzh.M. (63) from Malo Turčane, struck the pedestrian P.P. (76) from Gostivar. The pedestrian sustained severe bodily injuries, confirmed at the Gostivar Emergency Center. An inspection was carried out by a Gostivar Police Station investigation team, upon order from the public prosecutor.
On 21.11.2025 at 19:55 in Bitola Police Department, it was reported that on the Bitola–Medžitlija border crossing road, a traffic accident occurred between an “Opel Corsa” with Bitola plates, driven by A.S. (23) from Bitola, and a “Volkswagen Polo” with Greek plates, driven by A.H. (30) from the Republic of Greece. A.S. (23) sustained severe bodily injuries, confirmed at the Bitola Clinical Hospital. As ordered by the public prosecutor, an inspection was conducted by a team from Bitola Police Department.
On 21.11.2025 at 20:40 in Skopje Police Department, it was reported that at the intersection of “Razlovečko Vostanie” Street and “Viç” Street, a traffic accident occurred between a “Hyundai” with Skopje license plates, driven by V.L. (52) from Skopje, and a “Škoda” with Serbian national plates, driven by R.Gj. (38) from the Republic of Serbia, temporarily residing in Skopje. The “Hyundai” driver sustained severe bodily injuries, confirmed at the “8 September” General City Hospital. An inspection was performed by a Skopje Police Department investigation team.
The External Criminal Affairs Office Probishtip filed criminal charges against Љ.А. (19) from Probishtip for the criminal offense “violence against a child”. On 01.11.2025 on “Goce Delchev” Street in Probishtip, the accused physically assaulted a minor girl from Probishtip.
The External Criminal Affairs Office Delčevo filed criminal charges against A.P. (20) and J.Z. (21), both from Kočani, for the criminal offense “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors”. On 03.12.2024 near the Kalimanci dam, police officers inspected a “BMW” passenger vehicle, driven by the first accused, in which marijuana was found and seized, while marijuana and a grinder with marijuana residue were found and seized from the second accused – the passenger J.Z.
Tetovo Police Department filed criminal charges against Sh.J. (47) from Tetovo for the criminal offense “fraud”. During April 2025, a man from the Kičevo area arranged an order via Facebook with the accused and paid a deposit of 1,200 euros. Although the delivery deadline was one month, Sh.J. failed to fulfill the agreement.

On 21.11.2025 at 21:30 in Skopje Police Department, V.P. (80) from Skopje reported that at 21:05 in a market in the Centar district, he was physically assaulted by an unknown person. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 21.11.2025 at 07:50 in Skopje Police Department, the Nephrology Clinic within the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Center reported that on 20.11.2025 at 00:16, L.Sh. (41), a migrant, was brought in for medical assistance and died on 21.11.2025 at 06:48. By order of the public prosecutor, the body was sent for autopsy.
On 21.11.2025 in the Center Police Station Skopje, the Public Institution for Child Care reported that their ward N.S. (13) had left the institution. Measures for locating the minor are underway.
On 21.11.2025 at 10:00 in Skopje Police Department, it was reported that between 00:30 and 07:15, from a sandwich shop in the Bit Pazar area, with the use of force and tools, money was stolen from the register. Measures for clearing the case are being taken.

On 21.11.2025 at 22:00 in Skopje Police Department, it was reported that on “Via Egnatia” Street in Skopje, a fire broke out in a building owned by B.K. (60) from Skopje. The fire was extinguished by the Skopje Fire Brigade, and there were no injuries. An inspection was carried out.

(36) from the village of Aračinovo, after he physically assaulted a player of FC “Bregalnica” during a football match between FC “Shkendija 77” and FC “Bregalnica”.
