The Ohrid Sector for Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against A.I. (23) from Ohrid on reasonable grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of “Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” under Article 215 of the Criminal Code. During a search of his home, conducted pursuant to a court order, police officers from the Ohrid Sector for Internal Affairs found and seized cocaine, as well as branches and seeds from the cannabis plant, following which A.I. was arrested.
On 19 September 2026 at 10:45, the Radovish Internal Affairs Department received a report that on the sidewalk on “22 Oktomvri” Street in Radovish, a “Mercedes” passenger vehicle with Radovish registration plates, driven by S.T. (32) from the village of Injevo, Radovish, had struck S.C. (74) from Radovish. S.C. sustained injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Clinical Hospital in Shtip. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team from the Radovish Internal Affairs Department.
On 20 September 2026, the Veles Sector for Internal Affairs received a report that at around 02:50, at the intersection of “Vardarska” and “Akademik Pencho Davchev” Streets in Veles, a traffic accident occurred between an “Audi” passenger vehicle with Veles registration plates, driven by D.S. (18) from the village of Bashino Selo, Veles, and a “Seat” passenger vehicle with Veles registration plates, driven by Lj.Gj. (20) from Veles. Lj.Gj. and L.N. (19) from Veles, a passenger in the “Audi”, sustained serious bodily injuries, while B.Ch. (19) from Veles, a passenger in the “Seat”, sustained bodily injuries. The injuries were confirmed at the General Hospital in Veles. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team from the Veles Sector for Internal Affairs.
On 20 September 2026 at 03:16, in Veles, police officers from the Veles Sector for Internal Affairs arrested A.R. (33) from Veles, following a report that he had physically assaulted his 32-year-old partner at her home. A public prosecutor was notified and, following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
On 19 September 2026 at 17:30, the Ohrid Sector for Internal Affairs received a report that on the Ohrid–Resen main road, near the village of Openica, Ohrid, a traffic accident occurred between a “Suzuki Vitara” passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by M.J.R. (67) from the United Kingdom, and an “Opel” passenger vehicle with Bitola registration plates, driven by H.B. (28) from the village of Bukovo, Bitola. D.S. and I.Z., passengers in the “Opel”, sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the “St. Erasmus” Hospital in Ohrid, while M.J.R., the driver of the “Suzuki Vitara”, and A.S. and A.S., passengers in the “Opel”, sustained bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital in Ohrid. Following instructions from a public prosecutor, an inspection of the scene was carried out by a team from the Ohrid Sector for Internal Affairs.
On 19 September 2026 at 18:29, the Bitola Sector for Internal Affairs received a report that on the Bitola–Prilep road, near the location known as “Tulanata”, a traffic accident occurred between an “Opel” passenger vehicle with Bitola registration plates, driven by E.F. (28) from the village of Kanatlarci, Prilep, and a “Ford” passenger vehicle with Bitola registration plates, driven by M.N. (48) from the village of Dolno Srpci, Municipality of Mogila. A 17-year-old passenger in the “Opel” died at the scene, with the death confirmed by a doctor from the Bitola Emergency Medical Service. The driver of the “Opel”, E.F., as well as D.N. (44) and a seven-year-old child from the village of Dolno Srpci, passengers in the “Ford”, sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Clinical Hospital in Bitola, while the driver M.N. also sustained injuries. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team from the Bitola Sector for Internal Affairs.
On 20 September 2026 at 02:50, police officers from the Kumanovo Sector for Internal Affairs arrested A.A. (40) from Kumanovo for physically assaulting a minor girl on “Tode Mendol” Street in Kumanovo. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed against her.
On 19 September 2026 at 23:40, police officers from the Kumanovo Sector for Internal Affairs arrested M.K. (65) from Switzerland because, in the village of Proevce, Kumanovo, she obstructed and behaved aggressively towards police officers who were carrying out official duties. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed against her.
On 19 September 2026 at 21:00, in Skopje, in a park in Gjorche Petrov where an event was being held, police officers from the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs arrested H.I.B.L. (31) from Mexico because he refused to identify himself and behaved aggressively, after which he physically assaulted a police officer with a hard object while the officer was performing official duties. It was also established that H.I.B.L. was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 2.30 per mille. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 19 September 2026 at 11:30, on “Brakja Gjinovski” Boulevard in Gostivar, police officers from the Gostivar Internal Affairs Department arrested A.M. (28) from Gostivar on reasonable grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of “Aggravated theft” from a vehicle under Article 236 of the Criminal Code, reported by A.R. (31) from the village of Strimnica, Tetovo. Following documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will be filed.
On 20 September 2026 at 03:15, the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs received a report that the roof of a house owned by A.Ch. (83) from Skopje had caught fire on “Macedonian-Kosovo Brigade” Street in Skopje. No persons were injured, and the fire was extinguished by a team from the Skopje Fire Brigade.
On 19 September 2026 at 20:00, a 39-year-old woman from Skopje reported to the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs that, at a catering establishment in the Gazi Baba area where she and her mother had been engaged to provide cleaning services, a person physically assaulted her and touched her body. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 20 September 2026 at 03:05, the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs received a report that a “Mercedes” passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, owned by Z.I. (54) from Skopje, had been set on fire on “John Kennedy” Street in Skopje. No persons were injured, and the fire was extinguished by a team from the Skopje Fire Brigade. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

(40) from Kumanovo, had been set on fire on “Finland” Street in Skopje, and the fire also spread to a “Volkswagen Golf 4” passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates. No persons were injured, and the fire was extinguished by a team from the Skopje Fire Brigade. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 19 September 2026 at 15:30, in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs arrested A.D. (28) from Skopje following a report that, at around 11:00 the same day, at the family home in the Karposh area, he had made threats against his former 37-year-old wife, with whom he lives. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 19 September 2026 at 15:00, a 44-year-old woman from Skopje reported to the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs that on 18 September 2026 at around 19:00, at a location known as “Kocka” in the Gazi Baba area, her 10-year-old son had been physically assaulted by another minor. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 19 September 2026 at 11:30, M.K. (69) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs that at around 10:45, in the Centar area, he had been physically assaulted by I.D. (36) from Skopje. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will be filed.
