The Tetovo State Police filed criminal charges against F.R. The External Office for Criminal Affairs Gostivar filed criminal charges against Z.M. (65) and V.R. On 15/16.12.2025 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty I.M. (31) from Ohrid, S.S. (29) from the village of Ognjanci, Skopje region, E.H. (19), S.R. (28), M.I. (40), D.D. (21) and B.D. (21), all from Skopje, because white powdery substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. On 15.12.2025 at 12:40 pm, the SVR Sveti Nikole was reported that a traffic accident occurred near Ilinden Square in Sveti Nikole between a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen Passat" with Sveti Nikole license plates, driven by V.C. (84), hit 53-year-old R.J., both from Prilep. R.J. sustained serious injuries in the accident, as confirmed at the Prilep General Hospital. The reported police officers on several occasions during 2025, acting upon a complaint about illegal construction from a complainant, altered and prepared additional official material with which they changed the factual situation, thus preventing, concealing and making it difficult to prove the illegal construction in a procedure conducted before a court or other body competent for determining illegal construction. At the same time, the reported officers requalified the received complaint about illegal construction into a misdemeanor for false reporting against the complainant in such a way that, without ascertaining the factual situation, they prepared a report on a ascertained misdemeanor and a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against the complainant. OVKKIPS, upon receiving consent from the Public Prosecutor's Office for GOKK, will submit a proposal to initiate a procedure against the police officers to determine responsibility for violating the work order and discipline and will impose mandatory measures for confiscation of the service weapon and ammunition and referral to a mandatory psychological and psychiatric examination.

On 15.12.2025, police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department deprived M.H. (18) from Egypt of his liberty, on suspicion that he had taken items from a container, property of the Kumanovo Red Cross Municipal Organization, in the Transit Center in Tabanovce. M.H. was detained at the police station and a criminal complaint was filed against him with the Public Prosecutor's Office Kumanovo under an expedited procedure.
