On 07.04.2025 in Tetovo, police officers conducted a search of the second defendant, during which marijuana was found and seized, which he had purchased from the first defendant.
The Tetovo State Police filed criminal charges against B.S. (36) from the village of Slatino, Tetovo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of “assault on an official while performing security duties”. On 23.05.2025 on the local road between the villages of Dzepcishte and Jedoarce, Tetovo region, the defendant physically attacked police officers who were performing official duties.
The Demir Hisar Police Department filed criminal charges against A.V.G. (50), K.A.K. (44) and T.K.K. (48), all from the Republic of Bulgaria, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense "unauthorized trade in goods under temporary protection, cultural heritage and natural rarity". On 09.12.2025 on Veljko Vlahovic Street in Demir Hisar, police officers inspected a "Peugeot" freight vehicle with Bulgarian license plates, driven by the first defendant, and a "Golf" passenger vehicle, driven by the third defendant, with the second defendant as a passenger, during which items representing cultural heritage were found and seized.
The SVR Skopje filed criminal charges against B.R. (25) from Skopje due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense "robbery". On 19.10.2025 in Skopje, the accused took money from a 31-year-old man from Skopje by using physical force and inflicted injuries on him.
On 14/15.12.2025 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty M.E. (19) from the village of Kondovo, Skopje region, T.P. (42), S.B. (27), B.B. (37), F.C. (33), I.A. (37) and two 16-year-olds, all from Skopje, because a white powdery substance, marijuana and a knife were found and seized from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate reports will follow.
On 14.12.2025, police officers from the SVR Bitola deprived of their liberty K.B. (35) and O.N. (40), both from Bitola. Namely, following a previously issued order from the Basic Court of Bitola, police officers from the SVR Bitola conducted a search in the home of K.B. (35) from Bitola, where O.N. was found, and a digital scale and other objects with residues of a powdery substance were found. Later, also by court order, a search was conducted in the home of O.N., during which several digital scales were found and seized. After documenting the event, appropriate charges will be filed against both of them.
On 15.12.2025 at 05:40 in the SVR Bitola it was reported that at the intersection of ul. "Filip Vtori Makedonski" and ul. "Stolarska" in Bitola, a passenger vehicle "Hyundai" with Bitola license plates, driven by 21-year-old I.A. from Bitola, hit the pedestrian J.N. (57). In the accident J.N. suffered serious injuries, which were diagnosed at the Clinical Hospital Bitola. An inspection team from the SVR Bitola carried out the inspection.
On 14.12.2025 at 16:40 in the SVR Skopje, the Idrizovo Correctional Institution reported that at around 14:50 a search was carried out at the convict B.V. (47) from Skopje, during which marijuana and a brown substance were found on him. Police officers from the Illicit Trafficking Unit at the SVR Skopje seized the drugs for further proceedings, and after the case is cleared up, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 14.12.2025 at 00:45 in Skopje, in the Kisela Voda area, police officers from the SVR Skopje detained S.C. (45) from Skopje because he behaved aggressively towards police officers who were performing official duties. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 14.12.2025 at 16:20 at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, police officers deprived O.A. (27) from the Republic of Turkey of his liberty. Upon exiting the country, he did not possess any documents, and after checks were carried out, it was determined that an international arrest warrant had been issued for him at the request of Interpol and he was wanted to serve an eight-year prison sentence. He was transferred to a reception center for foreigners in Skopje for further proceedings.
On 15.12.2025 at around 02:25 at the SVR Skopje, J.J. (42) from Probishtip reported that in a parking lot in the area of the municipality of Aerodrom in Skopje, after a previous argument, he was physically attacked by O.A. (37) from Skopje. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will follow.
On 14.12.2025 at around 14:15, the SVR Skopje received a report that in a barn in the village of Arnakija, Skopje region, following previously unresolved property and legal relations, public order was disturbed with a physical confrontation between M.Z. (24), L.Z. (21) and R.Z. (59), on the one hand, and A.Z. (63), S.Z. (30) and B.Z. (35) on the other hand, during which hard objects were used. R.Z. sustained serious bodily injuries, while M.Z. and B.Z. sustained injuries, which were confirmed at the City General Hospital "8 Septemvri" and the Clinic Complex "Mother Teresa". After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 14.12.2025 at 12:30 pm at the SVR Skopje, N.S. (49) from Skopje reported that on 13.12.2025 at around 20:30 pm in the Centar area, her 13-year-old son and his three friends were physically attacked by several minors, one of whom used a hard object, and who had previously demanded money from them. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 15.12.2025 at 01:50 am at the Gazi Baba Police Station, I.T. (51) from the village of Indžikovo, Skopje region, reported that his son A.T. (30) had left home. Measures are being taken to find the person.
The Negotino Regional State Police, to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Kavadarci, filed criminal charges against L.P. (42) from Demir Kapija, P.J. (50) from Negotino, against the municipality of Demir Kapija and the public enterprise for communal works "Boshava" from Demir Kapija due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed a criminal offense "pollution of the environment and nature" under Article 218 of the Criminal Code. In the period from June to October 2025, L.P. in his capacity as former mayor of the municipality of Demir Kapija and P.J., in his capacity as former director of the public enterprise for communal works "Boshava", enabled the installation of an inadequate electrical and water supply network on a previously drilled well for drinking water in the village of Prždevo, Demir Kapija, without possessing documentation for the technical correctness of the well. During the aforementioned period, they repeatedly enabled the supply of water to the drinking water reservoir, thereby neglecting their legal obligations and allowing the well to be freely accessible to the residents of the village of Prždevo, thereby contributing to the creation of a state of contamination of the drinking water, which was a threat to the health of about 120 residents of the village.
