On 12.12.2025 at 23:45, police officers from the Border Surveillance Police Station Rogachevo on a local road to the village of Jazhince, Tetovo region, deprived B.M. (25) from the village of Jažince, who was driving a "Hyundai" passenger motor vehicle with Tetovo license plates. After a traffic violation was determined against him, he behaved aggressively and made threats towards a police officer who was performing official duties. The Internal Control Department of the Ministry of Interior filed a criminal complaint with the competent public prosecutor's office against E.P., a lawyer from Shtip, as well as against D.D., I.A., G.T. and H.S., police officers from Shtip and Kocani, on suspicion of committing the crime of "obstruction of justice".
