The Kochani Police Station (OVR Kochani) filed a criminal complaint against Dzh.K.(23) from Kochani on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 12.05.2025, police officers carried out a search of a “Mercedes” passenger vehicle in which the reported person was a passenger, during which heroin was found and seized from her.
The Tetovo Police Department (SVR Tetovo) filed a criminal complaint against B.A.(28), B.A.(33), Kh.B.(19) and M.Sh.(33), all from Tetovo, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “violence.” On 17.08.2025, in a fitness center in Tetovo and outside the facility, the reported persons physically attacked A.I.(32) from Tetovo and inflicted injuries.
SVR Tetovo also filed a criminal complaint against S.R.(51) and Kh.A.(58), both from Tetovo, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “fraud.” In October 2024, the second suspect deceived a person from Tetovo by claiming she could assist in the Public Institution – Intermunicipal Center for Social Work Tetovo to obtain compensation for assistance and care from another person for him and his wife. She and the first suspect requested documents and money, but the request was denied, and the money was not returned.
OVR Kochani filed a criminal complaint against M.E.(26) from Kochani for the criminal offenses “unauthorized manufacture, possession, mediation and trafficking of weapons or explosive materials” and “unauthorized production and trafficking of drugs.” On 04.03.2025, police officers conducted a search in his home, where ammunition and marijuana were found and seized.
The Department for Cross-border Crime, Migration, Foreigners and Readmission Gevgelija filed a criminal complaint against R.R.(28) from the village of Kopanica, Skopje region, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “smuggling of migrants.” On 08.12.2025, at the exit of Gevgelija, at a location known as “Nova Petla,” police officers searched a “Peugeot” vehicle with Gostivar license plates driven by the suspect, in which five migrants from Egypt were found.
On 11.12.2025 at 13:45, based on a warrant from the Basic Court Bitola, police officers from SVR Bitola conducted a search in the house owned by A.N.(49) from the village of Trnovci, Bitola region. A pneumatic weapon, a signal pistol, a magazine and 62 pieces of ammunition were found. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate charge will be filed.
On 11/12.12.2025, at various locations in Skopje, police officers from SVR Skopje arrested A.B.(26), L.A.(22), M.V.(23), A.A.(38) and D.A.(22), all from Skopje, as well as S.Sh.(23) from Strumica and A.M.(21) from Croatia, after powdered substances, marijuana and a grinder were found and seized from them. Appropriate charges will follow after documentation is completed.
On 11.12.2025 at 17:00, based on a warrant from the Basic Court Prilep, police officers from OVR Krushevo conducted a search in the home and auxiliary premises of M.M.(47) in the village of Presil, Krushevo region. An air rifle, 10 hunting cartridges and a hunting cartridge belt were found, which constitute a misdemeanor under Article 27 of the Law on Weapons. A corresponding charge will follow.
On 11.12.2025 at 14:45, SVR Skopje received a report that at the roundabout at “Boris Sarafov” Street, “Luka Gerov” Street, “Macedonian Army” Street and “Partizanski Odredi” Boulevard in Skopje, a “Mercedes” passenger vehicle struck pedestrian Kh.M.(34) and the driver fled the scene. The pedestrian sustained bodily injuries confirmed at the City General Hospital “St. Naum Ohridski.” An on-site inspection was carried out, and measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The External Unit for Criminal Affairs Delchevo filed a criminal complaint against E.T. on suspicion of “abuse of official position and authority” and “forgery of documents.” As a tax enforcement advisor in the Municipality of Delchevo, on 21.12.2021 he failed to perform an on-site inspection regarding a submitted request, formed a nonexistent (false) commission and prepared a false report in order to unlawfully enable another person from Delchevo to alienate state-owned construction land for forming a construction parcel. The falsified document was used in further procedure, after which the person paid 450,712 denars to the municipal budget. The suspect caused material damage to that person equal to the paid amount, plus additional procedural costs.
On 11.12.2025 at 19:40, police officers from OVR Kavadarci interviewed G.V.(45) from Kavadarci following a report from R.T.(60) from Kavadarci alleging that due to a traffic misunderstanding, G.V. physically attacked him. After documentation, a corresponding submission will follow.
On 11.12.2025 at 07:45, SVR Skopje was notified that B.P.(36) from Skopje was found deceased in the home of a friend in the Kisela Voda area. A doctor from the Emergency Medical Service confirmed death with no visible signs of violence. By order of the public prosecutor, the body was sent for autopsy.
On 12.12.2025 at 02:30, E.A.(22) from the village of Chajlane, Skopje region, reported that on 11.12.2025 around 22:30, in front of a store in the Saraj area, he was physically attacked by E.Kh., Kh.Kh. and E.S., while S.Kh. damaged the vehicle of his friend E.R. with a metal object. A report will follow after full documentation.
On 11.12.2025 at 19:10, N.K.P.(47) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that around 14:30 in the Karposh area, four minors known to her physically attacked her 13-year-old son, one of whom used a hard object, and then made threats concerning his two brothers. Measures to clarify the case are ongoing.
On 11.12.2025 at 21:30, a 40-year-old woman from Skopje reported that on 10.12.2025 around 23:00, in the family home in the Shuto Orizari area, she was physically assaulted by her common-law partner I.R. Measures to clarify the case are ongoing.
On 11.12.2025 at 10:00, B.S.(57) from Skopje, a bus driver, reported that in a bus parked near the Transport Center in Skopje, after a prior misunderstanding, he was physically attacked by M.R., also a bus driver. Measures to clarify the case are ongoing.
On 11.12.2025 at 18:30, I.R.(53) from Skopje reported that around 14:30 in the Chair area, he was physically attacked by B.A. Measures to clarify the case are ongoing.
On 12.12.2025 around 00:20, SVR Skopje received a report that in an abandoned house in the Centar area, E.R.(25) from Skopje was found deceased. A doctor from Emergency Medical Service confirmed death with no visible traces of violence. An inspection was carried out, and by order of the public prosecutor, the body was sent for autopsy.
