The External Office for Criminal Affairs Sveti Nikole filed a criminal complaint against D.S. (36) from Sveti Nikole on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors.” On 04.04.2026, police officers conducted a search of the suspect’s home, during which marijuana was found and confiscated.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Vinica filed a criminal complaint against Xh.A. (36) from Vinica on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “violence.” On 20.03.2026, in his yard in Vinica, the suspect physically assaulted his wife and attempted to attack other persons.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Sveti Nikole filed a criminal complaint against a legal entity for hospitality, production, trade, and services from Sveti Nikole, as well as against B.K. (34) from Sveti Nikole, the responsible person in the legal entity, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “serving alcoholic beverages to minors.” On 29.11.2025, in a hospitality facility in Sveti Nikole, the suspect organized a party in which alcohol was served to 14 minors.

On 07.04.2026, in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from SVR Skopje deprived M.G. (52), I.P. (42), A.F. (28), and N.K. (19), all from Skopje, of their liberty because white powder substances, marijuana, and a grinder with marijuana residue were found and seized. After full documentation of the cases, appropriate charges will be filed.

On 07.04.2026 at 21:00, it was reported to OVR Gostivar that a traffic accident occurred on the regional road Gostivar–village Gradec between a passenger vehicle “Fiat Punto” with Gostivar registration plates, driven by A.Sh. (38) from the village of Vrbjani, and a motorcycle with Tetovo registration plates, driven by S.B. (23) from Tetovo. The motorcyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Gostivar Emergency Center. A scene investigation was conducted by the OVR Gostivar team.

On 07.04.2026 at 17:20, it was reported to SVR Strumica that on the section from village Bansko to village Murtino, Strumica region, a traffic accident occurred between a horse-drawn vehicle driven by B.B. (74) from Murtino, Strumica region, and a passenger vehicle “Lada Niva” with Strumica registration plates, driven by V.K. (52) from Bansko, Strumica region. B.B. sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Strumica hospital. A scene investigation was conducted by the SVR Strumica team.

On 07.04.2026 at 15:15, it was reported to SVR Ohrid that on “Turistichka” Boulevard in Ohrid, a 17-year-old minor from France, riding a bicycle, collided with a parked passenger vehicle “Suzuki,” previously driven by I.D. (41) from Ohrid. The cyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Special Hospital “St. Erasmus” in Ohrid. A scene investigation was conducted by order of the public prosecutor.

On 08.04.2026 at 07:40, police officers from SVR Kumanovo deprived a 16-year-old from Kumanovo of his liberty. According to the report, on 07.04.2026 at around 22:00, at a sports field near the sports hall in Kumanovo, he met with M.Ġ. (23) from Kumanovo, allegedly to resolve a previous disagreement, with several other people present. According to the report, M.Ġ. drew a pistol and a knife, after which he was physically attacked by the minor and was taken to the hospital in Kumanovo for treatment. After the case is fully clarified, an appropriate complaint will be filed.

On 07.04.2026 at 12:10, police officers from OVR Kavadarci conducted an official interview with D.G. (69) from Kavadarci following a prior report that he threatened Ğ.A. (31) from Kavadarci, who was performing work tasks for a construction company in the village of Vataša. A “Česka Zbrojovka” pistol was found and confiscated from D.G. The public prosecutor was informed, and after documentation of the incident, an appropriate complaint will be filed.

On 07.04.2026 at 16:40 in Veles, police officers from SVR Veles deprived A.R. (35) from Veles of his liberty on suspicion that he had taken various items from a facility in Veles. He was taken to the police station, the public prosecutor was informed, and after documentation, an appropriate complaint will be filed against him.

On 07.04.2026 at 18:30, it was reported to SVR Skopje that a disturbance of public order and peace occurred in the Aerodrom municipality involving a physical altercation between G.S. (33) from Vinica and E.T. (32) from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will follow.

On 07.04.2026 at 20:10, S.M. (48) from Skopje reported that on 04.04.2026 near a sports field in Shuto Orizari, his minor son was physically attacked by S.“N.” Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 07.04.2026 at around 14:00, R.S. (45) from Skopje reported that he was physically attacked by O.S. in the Shuto Orizari area. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 07.04.2026 at 23:00, S.I. (45) from Skopje reported that around 19:00 near a sports field in Shuto Orizari, he was physically attacked by several people. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 07.04.2026 at 14:08, A.E. (21) from Turkey, residing in Skopje, reported that around 09:00 in the Čair area, following a previous disagreement over parking, he was physically attacked by one person. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 07.04.2026 at 09:30, Z.P. (44) from Skopje reported that on 06.04.2026 in the Karpoš area, his minor daughter was physically attacked by another minor. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigations, and Professional Standards at the Ministry of Interior filed a criminal complaint with the competent Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Prilep against V.J. on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “causing general danger” and “obstruction of justice,” and against A.L. on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “assisting” in relation to “causing general danger” and “obstruction of justice.” On 08.12.2025 at around 23:40, V.J., working as an intern at the External Office for Criminal Affairs in OVR Prilep, fired two shots from an official MVR service pistol, which had been provided by the second defendant, A.L., a police officer at the Prilep Police Station. The bullets hit a room in a neighboring house. When police officers arrived at the scene, the first defendant, intending to prevent and hinder evidence collection, took one of the bullets from the neighboring house and moved it to the yard of his own family house. Both defendants, intending to prevent and hinder evidence collection, agreed via written phone messages to deny the incident entirely. The Department for Internal Control will file a proposal for disciplinary proceedings against the police officers and will impose mandatory measures for their removal from duty.
