On 05/06.04.2026 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from the Skopje Police Department deprived B.K. (40), K.T. (31), T.A. (28), M.R. (20), and a 17-year-old, all from Skopje, of their liberty because white powder, marijuana, and a grinder were found and confiscated from them. After full documentation of the cases, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
On 05.04.2026 at 15:30, R.A. (37) from Bitola reported to the Bitola Police Department that he had found three artillery shells in the city park in Bitola. A pyrotechnician from the Directorate for Protection and Rescue in Bitola safely removed the shells and determined that they date back to World War I.
On 05.04.2026 at 23:05 in Skopje, near the Ilinden barracks on the side of the Aqueduct, police officers from the Skopje Police Department arrested A.V.D.B. (50) and J.L. (63), both from the Netherlands, following a report that they had illegally recorded footage with a drone, which was confiscated along with other items. After full documentation of the case, appropriate charges will follow.
On 05.04.2026 at 21:50 in Čaška, police officers from the Čaška Police Department arrested I.A. (39) from Veles. During a traffic control on the regional road Čaška–Veles, at a location known as “Dolgi Rid,” a passenger vehicle “Alfa Romeo” with Veles license plates, driven by I.A., was stopped, and marijuana was found and confiscated from him. He was taken to a police station, a public prosecutor was informed, and after documenting the case, a report will be filed against him.
On 05.04.2026 at 18:33, it was reported to the Gevgelija Police Station that in Gevgelija, at a place called “Podvoznik,” a 30-year-old migrant from Algeria fell while attempting to board a moving train, and the train ran over his right leg. The person was transported to the Gevgelija Medical Center, where serious bodily injuries were diagnosed. A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Gevgelija was informed, and an inspection was carried out by a team from the Gevgelija Police Department.
On 05.04.2026 at 13:20 at the Kisela Voda Police Station, police officers from the Skopje Police Department arrested Lj.N. (63) from Skopje, following a prior report that on 03.04.2026 he had sent disturbing messages and explicit photos via a social network to a 36-year-old woman from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, appropriate charges will follow.
On 05.04.2026 at 22:00, S.D. (54) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Police Department that around 21:00 in his home in the Gazi Baba area he had been physically attacked by J.M. (29) from Kriva Palanka. Also, on 06.04.2026 at 01:05, J.M. reported to the Skopje Police Department that on 05.04.2026 around 21:00 he, his brother, and a friend were physically attacked with a hard object by S.D. (54) from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, appropriate reports will be filed.
