The Sveti Nikole External Office for Criminal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against D.R. (45) and Lj.D. (40), both from Sveti Nikole, on reasonable grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of “misuse in office.” On 25.05.2026 in Sveti Nikole, the reported individuals, employees of the Public Enterprise “National Forests – Sveti Nikole,” during non-working days, the first reported person as a transport clerk and the second reported person as a construction machinery operator, unlawfully used the official tractor and off-road vehicle for their personal needs and transported firewood from the area of the Gjurishte Forest Management Unit to their homes in Sveti Nikole.

The Prilep Internal Affairs Department filed a criminal complaint against R.J. (52), D.J. (26), and N.J. (31), all from Prilep, on reasonable grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of “assault on an official person while performing security duties” and “endangering safety.” On 22.08.2026, during the “Motorcycle Gathering” event in Prilep, the reported individuals behaved improperly and aggressively toward a police officer and subsequently physically assaulted a police officer while he was performing official duties, while the first reported person also made threats against the officer and his family.

On 05.09.2026 at 4:04 a.m., the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector was notified that a vehicle had caught fire on “Braka Redzepagikj” Street in Skopje, specifically in a parking area within a school compound. Police officers established that the passenger vehicle that had caught fire was an “Opel Astra” with Skopje registration plates, owned by N.Sh. (56). The fire was extinguished by the Fire Protection Brigade. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 04.09.2026 at 7:50 a.m., the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector was notified that a traffic accident had occurred on “Treta Makedonska Brigada” Boulevard in Skopje involving a bicycle ridden by L.N. (46) from Skopje and an electric scooter ridden by a female person who left the scene of the accident. The 46-year-old L.N. sustained serious bodily injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Emergency Center of the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Complex in Skopje. An inspection of the scene was carried out by an investigative team from the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector.

On 04.09.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector detained R.J. (27) from the Municipality of Cucer Sandevo and V.S. (30) from the village of Volkovo, Skopje area, because white lump-like substance and white powdery substance were found and seized from them. After the cases have been fully documented, appropriate submissions will follow.

On 03.09.2026 at 12:00 p.m., the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector was notified that a traffic accident had occurred on “Aleksandar Makedonski” Boulevard in Skopje involving an “Opel” passenger vehicle with Sveti Nikole registration plates, driven by A.S. (48) from Sveti Nikole, and a motorcycle with German registration plates, driven by O.B. (43) from Skopje, who resides in the Republic of Bulgaria. The motorcyclist sustained serious bodily injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Emergency Center of the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Complex in Skopje. An inspection of the scene was carried out by an investigative team from the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector.

On 05.09.2026 at 12:30 a.m. in Negotino, police officers from the Negotino Internal Affairs Department detained N.S. (53) from Negotino, acting on a previous report that he had threatened Lj.T. (67) from Negotino. After the incident has been fully clarified and documented, an appropriate report will be filed.

On 04.09.2026 at 9:15 p.m., police officers from the Negotino Internal Affairs Department detained T.C. (62) from a village in the Demir Kapija area, acting on a previous report by his 56-year-old brother that he had physically assaulted him with a wooden object. Later, T.C. also reported that he had been physically assaulted by his brother. After the incident has been fully clarified and documented, an appropriate report will be filed.

On 04.09.2026 at 10:00 p.m., a 41-year-old man from Veles reported to the Veles Internal Affairs Sector that his former wife, I.T., had physically assaulted their minor daughter with a wooden object. Measures are being taken to clarify the incident.

On 05.09.2026 at 4:40 a.m., police officers from the Kumanovo Internal Affairs Sector detained A.M. (45) from Kumanovo, acting on a previous report that on 05.09.2026 at around 12:20 a.m. in a casino in Kumanovo, he had physically assaulted G.R. (33) from Kumanovo, who was performing security duties. A.M. was taken to a police station and, after the case has been fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On 03.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. on “Turistichka” Boulevard in Ohrid, R.K. (24) from Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye, was detained. He is suspected of recruiting, encouraging, enticing, or participating in the transfer of a person to another person for the purpose of prostitution. After the incident has been fully clarified and documented, an appropriate criminal complaint will be filed against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 5:20 p.m. on “Ilindenska” Street in Ohrid, N.M. (61) from Ohrid was detained after he insulted and behaved aggressively toward police officers who were carrying out official duties. Following measures taken, it was established that he had a blood alcohol level of 0.19 per mille. After the incident has been fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 9:50 p.m., in the Plitishta neighborhood of Struga, G.S. (47) from the Ohrid village of Dolno Lakocerej was detained. During a search, criminal police officers from the Struga Internal Affairs Department found marijuana in his possession. After the incident has been fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 4:30 p.m., on the local road between the Struga villages of Zagracani and Dolna Belica, A.M. (85) from the village of Zagracani was detained after he had previously started and caused a fire in an open area with low-growing vegetation in the locality known as “Lok.” There were no injuries, and the Struga Territorial Firefighting Unit intervened. After the incident has been fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 12:55 p.m., on the Debar–Mavrovo regional road near “Boshkov Most,” B.R. (64) from Debar, while riding a “Harley-Davidson” motorcycle with Debar registration plates, lost control and collided with the metal safety barrier. He sustained serious bodily injuries, which were confirmed at the General Hospital in Debar. Police teams carried out an inspection of the accident scene.

On 04.09.2026 at 6:15 p.m., on “Boris Kidrich” Street in Tetovo, police officers detained a 17-year-old minor from the village of Kopachindol. During a search, marijuana was found and seized from him. He was held at a police station and, after the case has been documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 9:00 p.m., in the village of Kamenjane, police officers from the Kamenjane Police Office detained F.E. (28) from the same village, from whom marijuana was found and seized during a search. After the case has been documented, an appropriate submission will follow against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 7:45 p.m., a 35-year-old woman from a village in the Gostivar area reported at the Gostivar Police Station that on 03.09.2026 at around 11:50 p.m., she had been physically assaulted and abused in their home by her husband V.M. (36). He also threatened her with death. On 04.09.2026 at 10:50 p.m., V.M. was detained on “Ilindenska” Street in Gostivar and held at a police station. After the case has been documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 7:10 p.m., a 40-year-old woman from Gostivar reported at the Gostivar Police Station that during the night of 01/02.09.2026, in her apartment, her common-law husband A.S. had physically assaulted her and sexually assaulted her. All necessary measures are being taken to fully clarify the case.

On 04.09.2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the locality known as Bunec, near the helipad, police officers from the Mavrovo Police Office found two persons engaged in illegal logging. V.N. (38), a citizen of the Republic of Albania who did not possess identification documents, was detained. An inspection was carried out by a team from the Gostivar Internal Affairs Department, and measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 04.09.2026 at around 3:05 p.m., police officers from the Gostivar Police Station detained M.A. (64), H.A. (40), V.A. (49), F.A. (51), and J.H. (28) following a previously reported verbal altercation between relatives that resulted in a disturbance of public order and peace. After the case has been documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 7:00 p.m., police officers from the Tetovo Police Station detained L.B. (36) and A.Sh. (37), both from Tetovo, who had been reported the previous day by I.I. (46) from Tetovo for physically assaulting him on “Zheleznichka” Street. They were held at a police station and, after the case has been documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 4:30 p.m. at the Ilinden Barracks in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector detained M.S. (26) and A.H. (25), both citizens of the Czech Republic residing in Skopje, on reasonable grounds for suspicion that they committed a criminal offense under Article 350 of the Criminal Code, “unauthorized entry into military facilities and making sketches or drawings of military facilities and combat equipment.” Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case.

On 04.09.2026 at 1:50 p.m. at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, while exiting the country, police officers detained V.K. (58) from Veles, residing in Valandovo. During border control and checks, it was established that the “Peugeot” passenger vehicle with Italian registration plates that he was driving was wanted by Interpol, Republic of Italy. The vehicle was seized, and V.K. was handed over to police officers from the Kumanovo Internal Affairs Sector for further proceedings.

On 05.09.2026, police officers from the mobile team of the Regional Center for Border Affairs West, “Task Force,” carried out a search of B.S. (19) from Struga in the village of Radozhda, Struga area, during which drugs were found. B.S. was detained and, after the case has been fully documented, an appropriate submission will be filed against him.

On 04.09.2026 at 12:36 p.m., a 40-year-old woman from Skopje reported to the Skopje Internal Affairs Sector that at around 11:00 a.m., following a previous argument, she had been physically assaulted by her 43-year-old husband in their family home. Later, at 12:41 p.m., the 43-year-old man from Skopje reported that, following a previous argument, he had been physically assaulted by his 40-year-old wife in the family home. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case.

On 04.09.2026 at 2:00 p.m., an official interview was conducted at a police station in Kochani with F.R. (40) from Kochani, following a previous report by his 40-year-old wife that on 02 and 03.09.2026, in the family home, he had physically assaulted her and threatened her. After the case has been fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Sveti Nikole, police officers from the Sveti Nikole Internal Affairs Department detained A.T. (28) from Sveti Nikole, acting on a previous report that he had physically assaulted a 14-year-old minor in an establishment. After the case has been fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On 05.09.2026 at the Blace Border Crossing, A.F. (19), a Kosovo citizen, was handed over by Macedonian police to the police of the Republic of Kosovo for further proceedings because he was flagged in the Kosovo police system.

On 04.09.2026 at 6:40 p.m., a 68-year-old woman from Pehcevo reported to the Pehcevo Internal Affairs Department that on 03/04.09.2026, between 12:23 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., while she was sitting at her home and talking with a 43-year-old man from Pehcevo, his wife arrived, behaved aggressively, and physically assaulted her. Later, the 43-year-old man physically assaulted his 37-year-old wife, who subsequently also reported that she had been physically assaulted by her husband. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case.

On 05.09.2026 at 4:00 a.m., A.M. (43) from Shtip reported to the Shtip Internal Affairs Sector that on 04.09.2026 at around 11:45 p.m., in front of an establishment in Shtip, his minor son had been physically assaulted by T.P. (45) from the Tri Cheshmi neighborhood. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case, after which an appropriate submission will follow.

On 04.09.2026 at 11:50 p.m., S.T. (44) and P.V. (53), both from Delcevo, reported to the Delcevo Internal Affairs Department that at around 10:10 p.m., in front of a hotel in Delcevo, their two minor children had been physically assaulted by N.D. from Delcevo, who inflicted injuries on them. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case, after which an appropriate submission will follow.

On 05.09.2026 at 12:10 a.m., the Shtip Internal Affairs Sector was notified that at around 12:10 a.m., a fire had broken out in a structure forming part of a house on “Shirk Dol” Street in Shtip, owned by D.A. (75), with a room being affected. The fire was extinguished by the Shtip Territorial Firefighting Unit, and there were no injuries. An inspection was carried out by an investigative team from the Shtip Internal Affairs Sector.

On 04.09.2026 at 11:30 p.m., police officers from the Vinica Internal Affairs Department detained V.Z. (26) from Kochani because, during a search of a passenger vehicle he was driving, one banknote was found, which he tore in front of the police officers despite being instructed not to touch it. Subsequently, pursuant to a previously issued court order, a search was conducted at the home where V.Z. resides, during which items originating from a criminal offense were found and seized. After the case has been fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.
