On 30.06.2026 at 18:00, the Struga Police Department received a report that on 29.06.2026 at around 09:30, in a parking area in the village of Misleševo, Struga region, a bicycle ridden by K.R.S. (39) from Struga struck a parked Volkswagen Golf with Struga license plates owned by I.M. (71) from Misleševo. The cyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the St. Erasmus Special Hospital in Ohrid. A public prosecutor was notified, and an investigative team conducted an on-site inspection.
On 30.06.2026, SVR Veles received a report that at around 13:00, near the village of Mrežičko, Kavadarci region, while unloading soil from a MAN truck with Kavadarci license plates driven by I.K. (56) from Kavadarci, the vehicle overturned and fell into a ravine. The driver died at the scene from his injuries. Death was confirmed by an Emergency Medical Service physician from Kavadarci. On 30.06.2026, SVR Veles received a report that at around 18:30, on Sarajevska Street in Veles, an IMT tractor with a trailer and Veles license plates, driven by S.I. (50) from the village of Buzalkovo, veered off the road and crashed into the wall of a house. The driver sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital in Veles. An investigative team from SVR Veles conducted an inspection.
On 01.07.2026 at around 00:15, S.K. (31) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that at approximately 22:45 on 30.06.2026, he had been physically assaulted by three individuals on the banks of the Vardar River, who also stole his mobile phone. Measures are being taken to solve the case.
On 01.07.2026 at around 03:45, A.P. (20) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that in City Park in Skopje, after her mobile phone had been taken by I.A. (37) and A.Ќ. (34), she called her friends S.K. (27) and S.K. (23). I.A. then smashed the phone, after which a physical altercation broke out between I.A. and A.Ќ. on one side and the two S.K.s on the other. All individuals involved are from Skopje. Measures are being taken to clarify the incident.
On 30.06.2026 at around 11:35, SVR Skopje received a report that R.Ѓ. (52) had been found deceased in his home in the village of Volkovo, Skopje region. An Emergency Medical Service physician confirmed the death, and on the instructions of the public prosecutor, the body was sent for an autopsy.
On 30.06.2026 at 10:00, police officers from SVR Kumanovo arrested V.K. (52) from Kumanovo, who was wanted under a court order to serve a prison sentence for the criminal offense of "Reckless driving of a motor vehicle" under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code. He was transferred to K'shanje Prison to serve his sentence.
