On 05.10.2025 (Sunday) starting at 08:00, the "Skopje Marathon 2025" will be held with the following movement routes: movement route of the 5km race - Start on ul. "11-ti Oktomvri" (at the green market), straight along ul. "11-ti Oktomvri", left along bul. "Krushevska Republika", right along bul. "3-ta Makedonska Brigada", semi-circle at the intersection between bul. "3-ta Makedonska Brigada" and ul. "Vasko Karangelevski" and along the same route back to the finish line - "Macedonia" Square on ul. "11-ti Oktomvri" and movement route of the marathon, half marathon and relay race (the competitors move along the specified route for the relay race and the marathon 2 times) - Start Sobranie of RSM on ul. "11-ti Oktomvri", straight towards "Rekord" or along ul. "Dimitrie Chupovski", straight along ul. "Mitropolit Teodosij Gologanov", straight along ul. "Vojvoda Vasil Chakalarov", to the intersection with ul. "Angel Dinev" where it turns semi-circular back along the same route to the RSM Assembly on ul. "11-ti Oktomvri" and continue straight along ul. "11-ti Oktomvri", left along bul. "Krushevska Republika", right along bul. "3-ta Makedonska Brigada", left along ul. "Vasko Karangelevski", right along bul. "Jane Sandanski" to the intersection with bul. "Srbija" where it turns semi-circular and in the same lane back along bul. "Jane Sandanski" to the intersection with bul. "Kuzman Josifovski Pitu" where it turns semi-circular back in the same lane to the intersection with "Vasko Karangelevski" ul., right along "Vasko Karangelevski" ul., right along "3-ta Makedonska Brigada" ul., left along "Krushevska Republika" ul., right along "11-ti Oktomvri" ul. to the finish line - Ploshtad Makedonija.
For these reasons, the Road Traffic Safety Unit at the SVR Skopje will take measures for a special traffic regime, with traffic being redirected to the surrounding roads.
The Ministry of Interior appeals to citizens to respect the orders issued by police officers on the roads where the event will take place.
