On 13/14.03.2026 in Skopje, near a sports center in the Karpoš area, police officers from the Unit for Illicit Trade at the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs carried out an operational control. During the operation, identity checks and searches were conducted on 33 persons.
Within the framework of the control, six persons were deprived of liberty: Lj.P. (42), S.N. (45), Lj.A. (43) and I.C. (37), all from Skopje, M.S. (33) from Negotino and E.L. (21) from the Republic of Albania. During the search, white powdery substance, lumpy substance, marijuana and powdery substance were found and seized from them.
After the cases are fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed.
