Regarding a video published in some media outlets on 8 October 2026, showing passenger vehicles driving on an inappropriate surface, namely a pedestrian path near the Vardar River quay, police officers from the Skopje Police Department took appropriate measures and activities.
It was established that one of the passenger vehicles, a Volkswagen Touran with Skopje registration plates, was driven by B.Ќ. (45) from Skopje, while the other vehicle, a Mercedes with Skopje registration plates, was driven by J.A. (42), also from Skopje.
Appropriate measures will be taken against both drivers in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Safety.
