During the pre-election silence, from October 18, 2025, until 7:00 AM on October 19, 2025, that is, until the opening of the polling stations, 20 reports of violations of the election silence were recorded, six in the area of the Skopje Police Department, four in the area of the Kumanovo Police Department, then three in the Veles Police Department, two incidents each in the areas of the Ohrid, Štip, and Bitola Police Departments, and one in the Strumica Police Department. After measures were taken, the reports for 15 incidents were not confirmed.
In addition, 47 posts were registered on social media during the election silence, calling for votes for certain candidates, as well as published videos and images from party activities in headquarters.
In all areas, voting for the sick, the disabled, and prisoners proceeded without disruption, with only one incident recorded.
