On 17 October 2026, at 19:15, police officers from the Kumanovo Department of Internal Affairs arrested R.D. (18) from Kumanovo.
During a court-authorised search of his home, an automatic rifle, rifle magazines containing 44 rounds of ammunition, a spent cartridge case, and a homemade device connected to a timer and a battery were found.
After the case has been fully documented, appropriate criminal charges will be filed against him.
